It's respect, you know, like and that's part of our culture.

When I first launched previews, some of the publishers said to me, Oh, you know, if you send out a hundred books, you'll only get ten back, ten reviews.

I don't know, what's the point in doing it if I'm only going to get ten back?

You know, so when we spoke to them and when we launched the programme and we spoke to our readers, we said, you know, we really want you, if we're trusting you with this copy of this book, it's a privilege, and we're asking you to read it for us, we expect return.

We've never had a problem.

Yeah, it's been fantastic.

And again, that's part of the culture.
