Well, the chief's parents came up to visit on Monday and we had takeaway.
So we had three different takeaways or from one takeaway, I should say, three different dishes.
And I had a chickpea one and my parents, one of them had a tikka masala, one had some chicken on the bone thing.
and there was a lot of sauce left over all the meat and filling had gone but afterwards there's a lot of sauce in the in the takeaway tub so i put all three sauces together um and i thought i'll take this in for lunch i haven't really got anything to go with it so then i put a packet of ham in there
chopped up packet of ham um some new potatoes because i didn't have any rice i thought that can be the rice substitute took it to work and i was like ah but i haven't got a naan bread or anything so i found a new pizza place in common garden uh and i got a slice of margarita pizza and i thought i'll use that as a naan bread this is this is like yeah this is incredible it was very good
So that was what I was also doing.
And then yesterday I hosted the first time our new at work, because we do tasting experiences, whiskey tasting experiences, we put a new class on.
It's the Cocktail Masterclass.
It's going to run three times a week.
And I hosted yesterday the first one.
wow did you have to mix so you come in and um the host has all the ingredients and then you as the guests you have a board in front of you with all the ingredients you'll need to make three cocktails in an hour so you make a kentucky mule you make a mint julep and then you make a whiskey sour
whiskey sounds good so and there's optional cherry brandy to go in the whiskey Sarah if you want as well yeah and it was just kind of the first one so a lot of it was down to timings and it's it's tricky to get people to make three cocktails and drink them all in an hour yeah
Not for me.
I smashed them all down easy peasy.
Probably the whiskey sour.
I did yesterday.
Love it.
What you can do is you can... And this is actually... I'm going to use this and claim it as my own.
And there's no one other than a handful of people that listen to this podcast so that the beans will never be spilled, as they say.
yeah but what he said is after you've made the whiskey sour you take your spoon and you run normally red wine but you can use cherry brandy liqueur that over the back of the spoon which is kind of touching the drink and then it just gently pours down the side and sits on the bottom and then you have the 49ers colors so you have a red on the bottom then you've got the gold of the
