That's no longer listed there because, again, homeowners don't necessarily want that listed.
The seller doesn't have an interest in listing that information.
So as the buyer, caveat emptor, buyer beware, you have to do your own research.
It's such an important purchase moment for people.
It's such a proud moment.
You put so much of your life savings into that house, and just a little bit of research is going to go a long way to protecting you.
