I think now I've learned so much about myself and what it took me to get out of that I never want to go back to that but at the same time I recognize the triggers a lot earlier.

I think speaking up and speaking out.

I think when I do feel a little bit groggy and a little bit down, then I'll speak up and just nip it in the bud.

Yeah.

And also, I think for me, just surround yourself with good people.

And I spend a lot of time with my family now.

I'm back down south.

So that makes me really happy.

My nieces and my nephews as well.

You're one of seven kids?

Yeah, one of seven.

I think there's ten now.

Crikey.

There's one on the way just before Christmas.

You've got a lot of Christmas presents to buy.

Yeah, I definitely do.

And I love just being around my family.

So family is everything to me.

So when I see them in the stands again, that is even more special than just stepping foot on the pitch.

So I think those that made sacrifices throughout your career, like my mum and dad, I just really love seeing them in the stadium and putting a smile on their faces and seeing how proud you've made them.
