Yeah, I thought I was going to come in hard on this one and sort of really go against what Pleasance have been saying there.
But as it got read out there by Neil, I knew you'd pick up on that.
But the key word there was logo.
I mean, the whole idea of saying you can't use, you know, Commodore or Amiga or whatever on a magazine without us charging you a tax.
Let's call it a tax.
That's harsh.

put it not so politely but it does say logo right and so if you look back at the cover art of Amiga format and Amiga shopper um they don't actually use the Amiga logo plus let's remind ourselves that current new Commodore or CRC are nothing to do with Amiga right now anyway so let's let's
Play the same game with Commodore magazines.
If there's somebody who wants to bring out a Commodore magazine, okay, I get if they're going to use the actual Commodore logo, that could be an issue and you would want to charge for that.
But there's nothing stopping people just calling their, as far as I understand, without being a legal expert, just calling a magazine, for example, Commodore Gamer and getting away with that, maybe.
I don't know.
So I guess I'm wondering, what magazines is he talking about that made good off their name?
Because they weren't using their logo.
