It requires an intense amount of communication.
I think that uh but there's certain things that I think we just realized early on that it wasn't a sprint, it was a long term thing.
And that
that kind of help give us perspective to know that we're not gonna be perfect every night.
It's gonna be a lot of trial and error and, you know, we'll find things that work and we'll stick to those and if when those things don't work we'll find something else.
So when you are when you're realizing that it might it's not a quick fix, there's not like um a shot you can get or a book you can read and everything's fine, it's a process
That it helps you kind of go okay.
This worked, this did let's try this and understand that it's something that you're working with over time.
