And also all pre-approvals aren't the same.
So you can get automated ones like some banks like Macquarie would do.
That's not humanly assessed.
They haven't gone through everything in your credit file and hasn't ticked it off.
Macquarie will do that if you ask it the right way.
But yeah, you just gotta be careful.
Sometimes rather than automated pre-approval, that's not actually verified your documents.
So if you don't put that information in right,
then they find an issue like you could have done your net income, your gross income versus your net income or something like that or not declare the debt or your hex debt or something, then that pre-approval isn't valid because no one's checked it.
Okay, there's definitely, I mean, there's, you can either do two things.
You can increase your income, which I would say that's probably your biggest opportunity.
I think a lot of people think, oh, I'll just save my way to buy a property.
Actually, I think maybe invest in yourself.
The more that you can increase your income, the more you can save long-term.
So I'd say that's probably my advice to people is invest in yourself, invest in your career.
and your human capital, which will give you more potential ability to sell.
And so once you've done that and you're doing that and, you know, you can't keep on doing that, right, then it's a case of just, yeah, looking for opportunities to increase your income, whether it's switching jobs or starting business, et cetera.
But then you can cut your spending back.
But, I mean, there's always a line where it's like you've got to,
you know, still enjoy life and take in experiences.
