It's a huge driver of someone's decision.
You know, even though, you know, not everyone writes this on paper implicitly in their mind, they're thinking of all of these things.
What kind of economic... So we've got a team, I think of full-timers at the moment, we've got 24 or 25, and they've also received shares in our business as well.
So they're impacted, you know, in a similar way in that the cost base of their shares in our business, which they took in lieu of a higher salary in a lot of circumstances, you know, are now in this new regime to be taxed higher as well.

employees and early employees of new innovative businesses, it makes that decision a lot less appealing too.
I mean, unlikely in Australia.
I mean, knowing, you know, it's taken me 13 years to get this far and, you know, it's a huge amount of work and sacrifice to start a business.
You sacrifice time with your family.
you know, you sacrifice your health, you sacrifice so many different things.
It just wouldn't be worth the risk starting again in a regime where, you know, you're better off earning just a salary the whole way and having that security.
And I think, unfortunately, that's what it's going to drive, you know, from a behavioural perspective across the economy.
And it will be hard to measure it because you never know about the company that didn't get started.

That's one of the challenges.
But I mean, the innovation thing as well, Julianne, is obviously only one of many problems that have been discovered.
And there's, you know, this diversification penalty people have worked out is a big problem now.
