Um, but one of the big takeaways, Rachel, for me was um however you're feeling about what's going on, um, one of the things that she said was your voice matters.

Um representatives listen when you contact them.

You might have the thought, uh, what I I could write them or I could call them and they're not gonna listen to me.

They need, she said, they need to hear from you or they don't know.

And they can't react to things if they don't know what's important to their constituents.
