And like,

It takes sometimes people like two to three years to figure that out.

I think kids these days are better.

Cause like they have, there's so many more trainers around.

There's so much, there's so much more access to gyms.

There's the gun, there's all these different things around, you know, your city that you can do to put in time.

Um, and it's something actually I'm trying to teach my, my boys right now is like, like understanding how hard it is if you truly want to be good.

Right.

Like, cause there's people out there working way harder than you.

So that was really new to me.

It was like, I, before I was like, yeah, I'd go shoot on my own and I'd go play pickup.

It really was like,

you lock in from one to three in practice.

And that's just not, it's not going to cut it.

And so how hard it is and how sore your body is afterwards.

And so the next piece that was really, really hard for me was an adjustment was like taking care of your body.

Ice baths and like treatment.

I didn't do that in high school.

It was like, I went to practice, I went home and I hung out with my friends or grabbed something to eat, right?

And that's kind of what I did.
