Now, you don't have to be, you know, Trajan Langdon or, you know, you don't have to be Richie Saunders, but you should have some ability to be able to make 35% from three, in my opinion.

Yeah, so I definitely work with the fours and fives.

I love working with the guards, the primers.

In my mind, I think I am a guard and perimeter.

Now we have phenomenal coaches that do that as well.

But I would say like four to five times, I'm going to work with the bigs.

What that looks like to me is like, what are we doing in the game?

I think if I go to a high school practice and I go watch the bigs, man, the whole 15 minutes they're working on is like post moves.

And I'm like, and I go to the coach, how many post moves does he get a game?

I don't know, two or three.

I said, you just spent 15 minutes on the post for three shots?

So what are we doing?

So it's like, all right, well, our philosophy is we play a ton of pick and roll.

right we get we we crash the offensive glass right and so it's like all right pick and roll what are we trying to get out of it all right they're blitzing we're trying to get out of the pocket right so we work on pocket work different finishes spray outs relocate right and then we work on then we work on a ton of like offensive rebounding stuff positioning swimming all those different things finish it and then reading it am i open go up if not kick it out repost

The other thing is like, I got to teach these guys rim spacing or dunker spot spacing, or basically within, you know, near the basket of like relocating, getting out of the way, just clapping.
