But it's also like I get in the gym, work hard, coach getting you better.

So there is that.

There is that balance, right?

But I think the honesty, being super transparency, right, is very important.

It has to be, man.

And then there also has to be the like, hey, man, like whether you're playing or whether you're starting, you're the role player.

You're not playing.

Like as coaches, we better make sure that like we're still giving everyone the same attention, right?

Yeah, of course we're going to be drawn to the guys playing 35 minutes and working them out.

But, like, I had a player last year, Xavier Stanton, who ended up transferring to Oregon State.

Like, no matter what, when he was, you know, not playing or registered, like, we made sure he was getting, like, love all season and getting better.

And I think that's huge.

Now, the kid ended up transferring anyway, and it's great.

I'm cheering for him.

But, like, I hope he has a great career at Oregon State.

at least i can like know at the end of season like we did everything we could to like during the recruiting process we told them we're gonna make them better we're gonna like pour into them and we did yeah right i think that's huge and it's not just on the courts the film right and things like that so that's huge for us but i hope that answers your question but at the end of the day i think transparency honesty is huge i think pouring into no matter if they're not playing if they are playing is huge because i think that's a big deal why rob

came back was the amount of time the staff, mostly, you know, obviously Coach Young and John, our assistant John Lennon, they poured into him where he's taking a visit to Kentucky or he's being recruited by everybody.

He's like, you know what, man, like that staff took care of me.

I know what I'm getting here.

I know I can be successful here.
