think you have to be prepared you have to have a plan you have to have like you know um a process of how you go about things and you have to understand how your head coach works now personally right like you have to trust your gut in terms of like you're talking about feel it so like okay i i feel that like you know this is the this is the game plan we should be going and this is what we're going to teach and then that game plan can completely explode once it's happening
