But there's a reason why Microsoft has that stickiness and is able to generate the revenue they've generated forever, right?

Uh a lot of people are like Salesforce sucks.

Everyone hates Salesforce, but they have this distribution mode.

That unless you've been in the business world for a long time and have been deeply engaged of what it's like.

For like systematic change transformation at a large incumbent business, you can't fully appreciate how important those things are.

Those companies are going out of business.
