How does the state density bonus law interface with the East Wisdom Precise Plan?

I know these are challenging questions, but I think you did a very good job putting together a community benefit list and also some, I guess, what's the word I'm looking for?

I don't want to say benefits, but some consideration of the concerns of the applicant as well in a development agreement that I think does a good job in meeting some of our expectations as a city.

I support Council Member Kamei's suggestion for, I don't know if we wanna call that sort of like a library annex-like, you know, but thinking about how we extend city services into this new emerging neighborhood, which right now doesn't really have very many.

So that's a very creative idea that I'd love to explore.

I'm also excited for,

NEARLY 10,000 SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE THAT THE PROJECT IS PROVIDING, AND I HOPE THAT WE'RE ABLE TO FIND TENANTS SOONER RATHER THAN LATER.

WE'RE STARTING TO SEE THE SAN ANTONIO SHOPPING CENTER FILL UP, AND IT'S TRANSFORMATIVE, RIGHT, GOING FROM VACANT STORE FRONT AFTER VACANT STORE FRONT INTO SOMETHING THAT'S, I THINK, THRIVING NOW.

WE HAVE SOME REALLY GREAT RESTAURANTS AND

commercial uses there.

So I'm hoping that we get to see a similar vibrancy in the East Wiseman Precise Plan.
