Okay, I just would like to touch on the open space and really our concept for how we oriented these buildings.
We're balancing a lot of factors, both general plan goals for pedestrian connectivity from existing residential neighborhoods across North Wisman to Middlefield Light Rail and some of the other uses to the east.
And then working both with the topography of the site, knowing we had to run drainage towards Wisman.
