two and a half months later, being able to look at a project like this based off of what was brought forward.

To me, that's really fast and just appreciate the hard work.

I also really appreciated about the project, as was mentioned, the connectivity, the alignments of the streets.

Actually, I think one of the streets, Devonshire, will go to that little pocket park that's there and then

Merligan is not too far from Athena, which is along the Hetch Hetchy that will bring them to Wiseman.

And then the Stevens Creek Trail.

So I do feel encouraged that there's a little bit more in terms of access to open space, although agree the comments from colleagues that it would be nice to have more on site.

Yeah, I just wanted to add to the request to save any trees that are possible.

Thank you, so I move that we adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View conditionally approving a planned community permit, development review permit, and provisional use permit to construct 195 three-story attached row houses utilizing state density bonus law and a heritage tree removal permit to remove 139 heritage trees

all on a 10-acre site located at 515-545 North Wiseman Road, and finding the project to be statutorily exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act pursuant to public resources code section 21080.66 to be read in title only, further reading waived.

Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View conditionally approving a vesting tentative map

to create 30 residential lots with 195 condominium units and 26 common lots on a 10-acre site at 515-545 North Wiseman Road to be read in title only, further reading waived.
