Um the intent for this for phase one is to incorporate this working document into our Sony code as a Sony code update and to allow uh projects that are located outside of these specific plants to actually have, you know, um

objective standards that can be reviewed when it comes to these streamlined um applications like SP three thirty or any other future state law that may come up, you know, how they come up every year.

Um so that's why staff wanted to do this approach to have something already in the books as more state laws are coming in effect and pretty much allow uh the maximum amount of control for like local design.

So um as you probably see and you probably will discuss tonight, there probably will be gaps in our standards that are in front of you.

Um and this is where we would like to, I guess, you commissioners to pretty much discuss if you after viewing this document, what type of gaps and staff will write it down.

So um because we'll be doing a RFP to hire a consultant to help us pretty much fill in on those gaps and do more outreach.

reach for and to k to see what uh the community sees as other gaps other than the standards that will be eventually adopted for phase one.

Um and again, um this the working document in front of you is just the baseline and so um everything that is missing or there's any gaps, there's also you know, for phase tune there will be room for uh changes.
