Next step is um intent uh ideally if there was any feedback on any working document, any minor stuff that you notice, uh we would, you know, incorporate it into the actual uh document that will comp uh return to you and for recommendation. low-confidence

Uh I see tonight that many of these items that were discussed were more for phase two of the document that will return to you next time in December. low-confidence

Um you uh we are planning to bring this back to the planning commission in uh the next uh hearing on December so December seventeenth for phase one so existing standard low-confidence
