If it did, then I agree with what was said earlier, that one could take the measurement from the nearest edge of the parcel as the crow flies.

I'm not a lawyer, so I actually asked a lawyer to look over the report, and they also strongly believed the project does not meet the law of AB 2097's actual requirements.
