two bullpen days in the next four days um adam macko has gotten a nice playing time bump from you guys spencer miles has obviously turned himself into a kind of indispensable piece we also have guys outside of toronto like ben brown and griffin jacks kind of moving to the rotation from the relief side so what goes into kind of making those adjustments and i guess to jay's centralize it uh what do you make of where the jays are heading into a four game set with two bullpen days
Yeah, it's a tough one.
And the truth is that I think right now the Toronto Blue Jays also don't know until it happens how they're going to navigate these couple days.
You mentioned something else, and maybe this is a suggestion, maybe it's too complicated.
The starter versus opener thing, like...
there has to be a way to like Chris Bassett has had an opener twice.
So it doesn't look like he started every game, but he started every game.
Spencer miles has like been the bulk guy four times.
I don't know if we get like a third column.
So it's like games, games started and like bulk or something like that.
But like Brayden Fisher having three games started, but their openers, I don't know what we do.
This is a baseball at large problem of how to capture these things.

Right, and the Jays are 3-1 in those Spencer Miles bulk bullpen days, so it's obviously, you know, there's, and hey, they're bullpen day in the playoffs, and teams have had success with openers in the playoffs and things like that, so yeah, like you said, as long as you're trying to win, however you come about it is fine.
We just need a better way to do accounting for it somehow.
