Yeah, so I I I would I would argue that there's a couple of different types of hitters, right?

There are guys that are feel hitters, there are guys that are, you know, visual hitters, and there are guys that are, you know, more like auditory, like they listen, they understand, they interpret.

So when when you can have

I guess sophisticated conversations about pitchers.

And I n not to say that any any conversation about hitting is ever truly sophisticated, right?

Because it's not

anything more than like talking about feels and and movements and thoughts and cues and um how a guy's gonna attack you, right?

So um I I think that team was full of people who are very experienced in in all those facets, right?

You could have a conversation with them.

you could talk visual with them, you could talk feel with them.

And and that was the interesting part.

Like I hadn't been in a clubhouse, I don't think ever.

Maybe a little bit an independent ball where I had guys that I came up with that are now doing their thing and um as big league hitting coaches.

But like every one of us was so unique.

But you could talk

at a high level about how a pitcher was going to attack you or how you thought he might attack him versus you.

Um and then with with J D and and and Hosey specifically, we had gone through like swing changes, all of us, right?

Like we had gone through

a a I don't know, a a groundbreaking discovery of the fact that we were allowed to be athletic in the box.
