Well, it's not that they're subsidizing not to work. Why are you subsidizing them at all? Because that's what I'm saying. It's a political decision. They decided to do that. They do not get any of the benefits of that.

Now hopefully there's, again, an equilibrium that is achieved over time, but... You don't think Trump made a boogeyman of illegal entrants in this country by saying they're the bad hombres, they're all bringing the murders. You know that the crime rate among that population isn't the same as the native population. A single crime by an illegal alien is unacceptable.

Not to the exclusion of anyone else, not to the exclusion of merit, but you don't want people held back because of who or what they are.
I mean, that's kind of what it is. There is a little bit of who and how the system gets worked, but... I would disagree that it has been destroyed. I would disagree that because you still have whites in dominant positions everywhere that you can measure.
And when you see... of what diversity does to them.
I'm not referring to that study, but I remember what you're talking about. There's no study that shows hiring people on the basis of skin color makes a company more effective. Not on the basis of skin color. It's that you remove the restriction.
That you won't hire them as often because of their skin color.
You're ignoring the impact of the Trump administration, which has been... Well, it's been six weeks. I know, but I'm saying, you strip it out, you'll see what happens. I don't think diversity is our problem. And standardized testing, I don't have a problem with it.
