So just envisioning the current group that we have, the group that's pushing just underneath the major league level, and then to add this potentially.

You know, as quickly as some of these guys have moved, it's really encouraging.

And I feel it.

I feel the excitement.

And I hope that our fan base does as well.

You take the individual player away from just kind of what you're discussing here.

And there is a responsibility and an honor and somewhat of a pressure to be associated with being 1-1.

So it takes someone that understands...

what that means, you know, whether, you know, my playing days through the minor leagues and seeing different draft classes and players that were 1-1 and getting to the big leagues, and it just gets a lot of attention.

You know, teams that often, you know, maybe, you know, they try to get cute and they maybe overdraft someone to save in other places, you know, and whether it be, you know, the first pick or any pick in the draft, I've seen players really struggle with that because,

you know, oftentimes whether it be the industry, you know, fans, they just see the number of picks that they were taken and they expect, you know, certain level of production.

So you want someone that, that is just clear minded, you know, can, can really just focus on being the best player that they can be.

So the, the makeup, uh, in belief in oneself is, is just, it's vital.

So if you have someone that's been around the game, um,

knows why sometimes it succeeds, either their success at 1-1 or perhaps not, that's going to be an added benefit because you really want to feel good not only about the talent but the makeup of the individual.

Yeah, I mean, culturally, I do feel like we're in a very good place.
