You know, I view it's talent.

And, you know, from the beginning, it's about premium positions.

You know, it's catcher, it's shortstop, it's center field.

Obviously, you know, starting pitching and leverage relievers if you can find them.

But oftentimes that starts with, you know, quality starting pitchers that evolve into being relievers.

It's shortstop that can go to center field, second base, third base.

you know, first base, um, you know, catchers are usually catchers, but there, there, there, there's a reason why there's a premium on that.

So, um, I, I, when it comes to talent acquisition and build, um, it starts with premium and just knowing that there's flexibility in that.

Um, you know, if you, if you're a strong defender, defender, the middle of the field and, and you can hit, um, I'll take all of those guys.

I really will.

So, um,

So no, it doesn't really apply to our approach this offseason.

I mean, so much of it is innings right now and protecting some of these young starters, the Shane Smiths, the Hagan Smiths, and Noah Schultz, and being able to go about this in an appropriate way and not ask too much of these guys.

and then finding some offense to really complement the group that we currently have.

So that's our real focus.

But knowing that we have the first pick is not going to really affect what we're going to be doing this offseason.

Matter of fact, he lit the cigar yesterday.

uh, you know, to manifest the first pick.

So we were all excited.
