You come here as a young coach, you do things right, and to follow the organizational plan, you could be here like Tomlin and Cal are 15, 20 years or more like Chuck Noel.
I mean, this is an organization that doesn't overcorrect, doesn't overthink things, that lets things ride.

He was willing to go in another year and take another shot the same with Tomlin next year.

And so this would be a great
