um and so that that you know look at the giants to me that was a top job because you have jackson dart i believe in jackson dart i think he's a young fella who proved that you know with the right coaching and and continued mentoring he can really develop they have a defense of that a defense that's really nasty kind of like in the mold of the ravens um that have been traditionally the ravens um so i think the steelers but you gotta understand i think just because it doesn't have a a quarterback
The Steelers tradition, the Steeler name, the Steelers that they find a way to win is going to override a lot of other organizations like the Raiders, right?
Yeah, I mean, they're still looking for a coach.
But the reality is, man, I think you go there.
It's like New York Jets, right?
I mean, these are organizations that are typically bottom dwellers, and it's very hard to go there.
And you think, okay, you have to understand when you go into a situation like that, I'm going to make a lot of money, but I may only be here three or four years.
You come to Pittsburgh, Starkey, you can be here.
I got one cowardice here.
Look how long Tomlin was here.
Look how long Noel was here.
You come here as a young coach, you do things right, and to follow the organizational plan, you could be here like Tomlin and Cal are 15, 20 years or more like Chuck Noel.
I mean, this is an organization that doesn't overcorrect, doesn't overthink things, that lets things ride.
It's like Coach Mr. Rooney said.
He was willing to go in another year and take another shot the same with Tomlin next year.
They don't overreact.
And so this would be a great
to me, over the Raiders, over the Jets, places like that, because of that understanding and the patience that it takes to build an organization.
But you need to win.
Yeah, I mean, everybody talked about how great Aaron Rodgers played, and Aaron Rodgers had some really good games, but he also had some really bad games, right?
