You know, but there's not a lot of ways.
Other than, I would say somewhere between five and ten percent of the time, it just happens that the flight they actually want is a good deal.
Now, if you take one or two trips a year, that means it might be five or ten years before you're able to use your points.
And so
Maybe that doesn't feel great, but for most of these friends of mine that don't want to play the points game but have a couple million points, every couple years they're like, I want to take this trip.
And it's like boom.
Now you get this epic redemption where your points are actually worth way more than it would be to cash out.
But also sometimes it's like the overhead.
A lot of times I tell them, just go get a premium rewards elite card from Bank of America and like just don't think about it.
Because then you just never have to think about it.
It's just like I want this flight, I'm gonna book this flight.
But there's a lot of people like me.
And maybe you where it's like, I just don't know how I would spend eight thousand dollars on a flight.

Like I don't know if I had a hundred million dollars, I still don't know if I could spend eight thousand dollars on a flight.
That is a psychological problem that I probably need to talk to like a therapist about.
