So the tricky thing, which I didn't anticipate, was and I think this will be another trend, is that Japan Airlines became a partner of Capital One and built and then
Rove and then potentially city, like rumors, it's showing up in a drop down, but it's not quite there yet.
So we went from no way to get Japan Airlines to four ways.
Right.
And with four ways means a lot more people have Japan Airlines miles access, which means there's a lot more people that are booking, which means a lot less availability.
I'm not right now.
Uh no.
Okay, good.
I've got three years to go to Japan.
But it's enough miles that it's like I got three years to book four people round trip and business class to Japan, which means one family trip, four solo trips, two couple trips, and we love Japan.
We've been a bunch.
We'll definitely go back in the next three years.
And I just hope that if we're a little flexible, we can make it work.
I also keep in mind that because they had 125% bonus, like
Even if it was a horribly suboptimal redemption, it's still probably worth it because to get that many points took like 40% of the number.
So I did the same thing speculatively once on Life Miles, and I regretted that so hard because I've had 320,000 points sitting in Life Miles for like three years or something.
And with the cancellation fees, it's like even if I see something good.
It has to be perfect because if I ever might want to cancel it, it's gonna be crazy.
And this trip to Europe was like the stars aligned.
