We we aspired within our group.
Now we have two nurses for eight point five FTEs.
So we're like super tight in terms of of our support staff.
But we aspire to have like 10 patients or so that we call the hot list.
So these are the patients who are, we're actively changing methadone.
They've been in the hospital twice in the last six weeks.
We want our nurses to keep up with those patients, but it's just, it's really hard to implement when the prior authorizations all need to get done.
And I don't I haven't seen it it's an interesting question.
What I don't know if we captured where the hospice referral came from.
What what my thought is, I like Paul V's thought.
My thought is probably driving alongside hers, which is that.
Patients sometimes need to be told
I love you, I know you, it's time now.
Hospice and
If you wait for the hospitalization for the inpatient team to be the one to say that, you're going to get hospice, but you're going to get it for a shorter time because things have already decompensated.
Where if we can do that in the office without the hospitalization, that's when people have longer times on hospice, is when it can be a control.
So
