The thing I struggle with is...

Where I struggle is like, I don't want to just say 10% profit because I feel like at a, at more volume.

So like a million dollar project, maybe shouldn't be getting 10% or maybe it should be getting more.

I don't know.

I just, it's, it's, we all, I think every builder who listens kind of is anxious to hear like, am I charging enough?

Am I charging too little?

Am I charging too much?

And it's, it's hard to really get it like a real temperature on the industry.

We're all generally right around there.

I don't know.

Am I, am I fishing for an answer right now?

Yeah, I love the debate.

I do appreciate and just genuinely enjoy debating it.

I think it's cool.

And I think I started this with, I think every job is different and every client is going to be different.

I'm not opposed to it, but it's not like if I had my choice, like the job that I'm doing cost plus, they asked me and I was like, I prefer to do a fixed price, but I obviously don't want to lose the job.

So I'm open to doing it however you'd like.
