And they're really, really good ideas.
He's an engineer.
And so he sees the world in that way.
Engineers make great entrepreneurs.
Yeah.
And he has a great work ethic.
And he's like mid-career, but not so far along.
And I know objectively that he's not... He's actually quite miserable in his job.
And I hate that for him.
Because I see the talent that's there.
And I want him... Like, I think he would excel.
And I want to see that dream come true for him.
Why isn't he doing it?
I think it's insecurity.
Fear?
Yeah.
Fear of...
Probably fear of just letting go of something certain that's provided his family a nice lifestyle and not getting that back again ever.
I think that insecurities are at the root of our best and our worst selves.
And it can drive us to be our best or our worst selves, depending on how self-aware we are about those insecurities.
