I have a unique experience of playing for the St.
Louis Rams for eight years on terrible teams, and I don't have to go into details, but there were a lot of fans there that were very gracious towards us.
It could have been a lot worse.
Now, part of that's a Midwestern market.
It's not a big market.
It's not like even, obviously, Chicago's in the Midwest, but Chicago's kind of like that rule breaker where it kind of feels like New York.
I didn't have that experience.
For me, I always tried to keep it pretty cordial with the fans.
It just doesn't do you any good.
And at the end of the day, I'm making a lot of money to play the game.
And there's people that are spending their last dollar on these increasingly ridiculous ticket prices to bring their families to games and that sort of thing.
And there's people that have suffered a long time and they do care.
They care in a different way as much as the players.
Players, they got to move on to the next thing.
These fans, they can wallow in it for a week.
And so
I totally get when fans are pissed off and I might not always agree.
And I might say, Hey, they're, they're not seeing the full picture, but you're not gonna, you're never going to win as the millionaire football player being like, Hey, you don't have the right to, you know, you paid a hundred dollars for this ticket and you can't boo me.
