A couple of series wins, a travel back east ahead of tomorrow afternoon's home opener against the Marlins, who are also off to a 5-1 start.

Yankees announced they will have Team USA Olympic hockey stars Jack Hughes and Aaron Frankel throwing out the ceremonial first pitches before the Friday opener.

That's exactly right.

So that's what you got on tap for tomorrow in the Bronx, which is pretty cool.

Sandy Alcantara, three-hitter on 93 pitches yesterday in Miami's 10-0 drubbing of the White Sox, who suck again.

Last year it was set at either 53.5 or 54.5, depending on where you looked.

Oh, I'm sorry, last year's record, I'll get you that.

This year it's up between 64.5 and 67.5.

I guess that's why they got the boost for this year's overall.

Probably a good chance of that in most years.

Best teams are going to lose 60.

It's a good rule of thumb.

In any event, Alcantara pitching well for Miami.
