I mean, he's still got bullets in him.
I think he was saying on social media yesterday that he's still under attack for being such a hero, but we've got to rally around him.
Ultimately, we all live here.
We all live in the same city.
We've got to look out for one another.
And his instinctive bravery, the heroism he showed, where he went from ordinary citizen to genuine bona fide hero, it's inspiring stuff.
And we need to draw on stories like that because otherwise we're just left with how horrifying and sad it's been.
I think we need to send a clear message, an unambiguous message, that Australia stands for democracy and freedom and respect for people, regardless of your background and your religion.
And if you're not prepared...
to abide by those common principles, which are non-negotiable, then Australia is not the country for you.
And we need to say it confidently over and over again.
I want to be a normal kid.
There is no tolerance for racism or Jewish hatred in New South Wales or Australia and we need to be clear and unambiguous that we will fight it everywhere we see it.
It is toxic.
It is cancerous within a community.
And as you can see from last night, it leads to devastating, devastating implications for the people of our country.
