I think if we're talking about Connor, he takes so much on himself and he tries to do it all himself.
And I think he needs to really start to utilize those around him and try to incorporate more players into what he's trying to accomplish.
Hockey is the ultimate team game.
And it takes everybody.
If you've got a 23-man roster, it takes 23 men.
if it's 25, 27, whatever it is when you get up in your playoff numbers, every single player has a role and they have a vital role.
They might not play the same types of minutes, but every time you're on the ice, every time you're on the roster and in the game, you are a valuable piece of the puzzle.
And sometimes I think that might get lost.

you know, a lot of times it's a Conor and Leon show and it's, you know, when they get in trouble, they put them together and they do all these things.
And I think the more, when a player is out like Leon is right now, you have other players step up and showcase what they can do.
And I think that is important right now for this team to show the coach that he doesn't have to load up with one nine time and show that,
These players are capable of more.
They just need to be given a little bit more rope.
And yes, there will be mistakes.
