No, they don't.
Here's what I would do.
I would set up almost like a job chart.
in the locker room.
Okay.
Pitchers are, you're not even allowed.
You're not a member of the team.
So I put the catchers in their own category and then everybody else.
And there is a cold zone, kind of a warm zone and a hot zone.
And we move you based on your successful challenges.
And if you go all the way to the cold zone, you can only do it.
You have to be allowed because you have to work your way out of the zone at some point.
You're only allowed to do it like once a week or once every other week, however we figure it out.
And then warm zone a little bit more.
And hot zone, like you're a daily player.
You get to play until you fall to the warm zone.
And somebody is responsible for moving the pegs on the wall.
