It's hard because i in the last 15 months I feel like this team and this franchise has become a little bit of a punching bag when it comes to, you know, foul hunting and complaining about refereeing and, you know.

All all all the stuff that like I think maybe as fans and as NBA watchers we turn a little quickly on teams now, um, because we get bored.

But

One of the most amazing accomplishments of team building I've ever seen.

Uh obviously some luck here involved with getting Shay, who would become an MVP.

But this team, it's like no notes, man.

You guys had the best team, you won 68 games, you had the MVP.

68 games.

And you had like a bunch of guys right underneath Shay who were pretty awesome themselves, like Jalen and Chet and everybody else.

And uh the thing that I loved about this season was that it seemed like a fait accompli that the Thunder would win, but there was always a question of like, are they gonna be able to take that leap, like when the lights are bright?

And I think because of the way that the Eastern Conference playoffs shook out and like the weirdness of all that, I was like, oh, like they get the pacers.

Like this is gonna be a sweep.

This'll be quick.

And I think they really got their medal tested, you know, and we'll never know what happens if Tyrese doesn't blow his Achilles out.

But it was, it wound up being an extraordinary finals and a really, really, really
