Well, my personal belief is is that uh these fixed term contracts uh they're less secure.

Um so I don't think you get security uh from from the way your employment is arranged.

I think you get security by working with the people you trust and that and you know we've heard Fages uh talk about he doesn't really worry about his contract.

Uh him and the club will decide w when they think they've had enough.

So, you know, I I fully believe in the way Justin operates.

Um we've got a great employment relationship as well as uh uh you know, uh a work relationship and uh you know, I'm confident it'll obviously continue the next year.
