Um and he does his job.

And if we all do our job across the if you like the executive and management lines, uh including our two coaches in Justin and Lisa, then you know it all fits together pretty well.

at the moment?

Well obviously a great talking point all the time.

I mean his contract is his his his employment arrangement, it just continues uh, you know, until one or the other party decides that uh, you know, um it's it's time to do something different.

But you know, there's there's no there's no real conversation that we have during the year.

The end of each year we we review what worked, what didn't work with him just like I would actually with Simon.

And um and

And then we go forward, uh agree a plan of action uh that we'll see ourselves improve and uh and then then move forward.

Well I I well, my personal belief is is that uh these fixed term contracts uh they're less secure.

Um so I don't think you get security uh from from the way your employment is arranged.

I think you get security by working with the people you trust and that and you know we've heard Fagues uh talk about he doesn't really worry about his contract.

Uh him and the club will decide w when they think they've had enough.

So, you know, I I

fully believe in the way Justin operates.

Um we've got a great employment relationship as well as a a you know, a a work relationship and uh, you know, I'm confident it'll obviously continue the next year.

Yeah, I mean I think we've obviously been a bit vocal around how we think equalization can be improved.

Um but but from our point of view I I think that uh yeah we we are proud of the fact that we've been able to identify I'm trying to think of the number now, maybe six or eight of our twenty three are either SPP or rookie selections.

Um and that doesn't just go to Warsey and the team and they obviously do a great job, but also goes to

the guys at work that you probably don't know the names of that are our development coaches and assistant development coaches um you know Adam Reed down at Peel uh you know one another flag uh whole bunch of people about developing this talent um we bring them in uh you know I think a great a great thing of it Caleb and Andy in particular they they they actually have these guys go and live with them and they learn a professional standard that they probably haven't ever experienced before.
