Courtois just kept hitting these long balls over and over and over again to the left side of that defense, and Ream and Robinson couldn't handle the aerial duels, hardly with a physical presence in Charles de Catalade or Trossard or whomever.
So there was definitely an element of it where they were out-thought.
And Poch absolutely, I thought, was undressed in the game.
I thought Rudy Garcia coached circles around him in the game.
But this is when you start to get into what happened with Balogun, the Trump thing, all that other stuff.
The fact that you've become the villains of the piece after you've been heroes for three weeks.
And the world hates you and wants you to lose.
It's hard to not realize that before the game.
So there are any number of things that went wrong on the day.
