I always cause I have friends that will reach out to me and I'm like, well the first thing not to do is just to Google anything 'cause that's that does a dangerous slope in Google.

I love how you mentioned loops too.
I uh you know in in the education system and that question comes up often, which is what is available to help with sound sensitivity that's not too pricey.
