What you can do is just take all of that stuff and then you just set it in the principal's office. matched

And that way you're reducing clutter. matched

So when they contact you and they say, hey, what are you doing? matched

You can say, well, I was just making sure I was creating an environment in my office that meets my students' sensory needs. matched

And when they say, well, that doesn't meet my sensory needs, then you can say, well, you should have thought about that before you put me in the bathroom behind the nurse's office to do therapy. matched

that yeah I always go back to that the first concept with even working with matched

families and parents, good modeling, right? matched

So when I do push in and I work with larger groups and I collaborate with the teacher, I will show them, I will demonstrate without like even telling them. matched

Sometimes I'll just kind of redirect and I'll just be like, hey, you know what I think would be beneficial for the student is if during this time when we have their communication, matched

device here and out at all times, or we have their board, they can let us know like, hey, what activity would you like to do to meet these needs? matched

Or we can have them be able to be a part of that as well. matched

You know, again, back to what I had just mentioned a little bit earlier, flexible seating, accommodating during those pushing activities. matched

Sometimes I'll say, OK, class, we're going to do a language lesson. matched
