But like I'm there for this role and all these other people, they have a role in mind for them.
Now, what happens on the island happens.
They don't change that.
But like knowing our tendencies and being able to plan before you get there, that was crazy different, man.

I think, I think that's, and I, that's one of the main things I learned from my first time out there that, um, ironically from Mike White, who was on both of my seasons, cause he is a screenwriter is that he, that this is the show is a story and, um, there's, there is no writer.
We are the writers, but in the end, you know,
It becomes a story, it is edited into the story.
And because we are like cognizant of that we're on a television show and we're being interviewed by producers from time to time, we tend to frame our own experiences in terms of being a part of a story.
Are we the heroes?
We're probably casting ourselves as the heroes of our own narrative and all of our enemies are the villains.
And then acting accordingly.
You know, I think that's just how the egos work.
And it's fascinating when you view it that way.
And you can turn that into a strategy.
Like who does this person think are their villains?
Or can you be their sidekick and therefore not a threat to them?
You know, like that framing is really powerful.
