But I I was showing people this like thirty second snippet from the show, knowing that if they watched this it would uh

it would make them want to go watch the show.

It did not necessarily do it for for my wife, but I think everyone else that I showed the clip to.

Um because the the the the scene I was showing was David kind of killing people uh in a battle scene which was pretty epic.

But I don't think that uh maybe fired you up as much as maybe the guys that I that I showed.

Um believe I was one of the the one one of the guys I was talking to about the show.

And at the time, which I did not know this when I was talking to him about it, but he was planning a summer series, um, going through House of David and kind of with the the the tagline was, Is that in the Bible?

Um, you know, obviously shows like The Chosen in House of David, they take creative liberties, um, in film to kind of, you know, heightened um heighten the scene of uh of the you know, the storyline, so to speak.

So he

Wanted to do this series called Is That in the Bible and to get people reading the reading the scriptures kind of while watching the show and, you know, make your own inferences of is this in the scripture or is this kind of creative liberty?

So as I was talking to um talking to Levi about how obsessed I was with the T V show, he had just decided to do this series and he was g flying, I think from maybe there to go film um like whatever the six week series he was doing on David.

And um so that was back in January and then Levi FaceTimed me in April.

started posting a bunch of like fun random thoughts that I'd had um about just, you know, studying David's life, really not not even necessarily anything anything to do with the T V show, but just, you know, reading first and second Samuel and Psalms and

I did, yes.

I also yeah, yeah.

So yeah, I did a forty day I'm still kinda working on the I just

FaceTummy.

But he had had the thought at at Passion that he wanted me to possibly do something with the series.

Then all all the stuff I was posting on Instagram about David, plus working on the devotional commentary that I was working on.

He FaceTimed me in April, which is actually crazy timing 'cause this was like two days after the kid stuff happened.
