And then yeah, before we move on, because the point I was gonna make about that quote was

And I think the thread so far with the two questions is it really does matter who you surround yourself with, um, who your friends are and who your community is.

Because if if you're if you're in a gossiping community, then you're gonna probably be a gossiper.

And if you're in a community that, yeah, does not know how to meet vulnerability with empathy, then you're probably gonna experience shame.

And so I think having close friends and people that truly do walk alongside of you uh is so encouraging.

And I think that it's so needed.

And I think that so many of these questions we're gonna answer.

Yeah, so in college, um, early on when I really started following Jesus, we had a great Bible study.

Uh me and some of my still best friends to this day.

I can't remember.
