I saw m probably about half of the final.
Believe it or not.
There was a I had to coach during the World Cup final.
There was a tournament game scheduled, which was a little bit uh disappointing, but warm up was spent with the iPad on.
So uh there wasn't really much of a warm up, so everybody could watch watch the game.
Nobody was happy about it.
Gosh, we saw the last thirty minutes.
What a overwhelming performance in that game and what a contrast to the fireworks of uh Saturday.
Yeah.
And by the way, they could have scored in added time, which is the crazy part about the game.
Yeah, I mean there's a lot made of Spain's ability to dominate the ball, which was on full display, but I think their the quality of their defending as a collective and even on an individual level is uh not spoken about enough.
Well, bitch, you know, it was crazy to me.
I mean, much has been made about how England, you know, I I think England was pushed back into uh into defense and the back five was a reaction to what was already happening.
But much, much has been made about England being pushed back and how that game went.
It was crazy to me to see that after Spain scored down a man for the first time in the entire game, Argentina actually had the ball for an extended period of time and
created chances.
So even even the vaunted Spanish team.
Yeah.
ended up doing some desperate defending in extra time.
And it it's it's a credit to I think, you know, one Argentina f fighting to the end.
