People are going to go try and get the best players and the most experienced players that they can.
And given a choice to your example in college of get a twenty five year old who was just released from an academy in Europe, or to get a young nineteen year old American player.
They're gonna go to the twenty five year old if they wanna if they wanna win, especially if they wanna win in the short term.
And there's not an incentive for them to invest in the nineteen year old.
So you have to change the incentives or the mandates in order to fix that.
I did.
Now I'm gonna jump.
All the way down into the youngest ages.
Okay.
So I'm gonna go into our this is your soapbox.
Well, you know, listen, it's tough.
You're now in the in the throes of experiencing Yeah, and I and I tell you the game the game keeps you humble no matter who you are.
And coaching coaching eight and nine year olds keeps you humble.
And I'm learning that it I'm learning that every day.
Working to be better.
But if we go to zone one, so we're talking now eight to twelve, U eight to U twelve, typically young coaches, typically coaches without a lot of experience.
A lot of times coaches that are there for a very short time and then they move into older age groups because of their desire to be with older players.
These are the ages where teaching is in many ways the most impactful or where you can see the biggest gains.
So we've talked for a long time about how do you improve that.
And there's also a bunch of economic problems with those age groups because experienced coaches need to be paid for their experience.
