Because they will see what is happening in the youth club.
They will deal with the and talk with the American parent.
They will see the environment.
They will see how the environment is different.

When I was in Portugal and speaking with people, one of the ways they get really good young coaches into the academies.
Is they have university degrees in coaching, football.
And the big clubs go and hire the best students out of the university degrees and put them in the academies.
And so that's not that different than what I'm talking about.
What I so that's in the pro world, right?
Because the pro world can can pay for that.
But the pro world's gonna impact even if I mean, listen, we just talked about it.
There's so few in this country, but even if we expand that, it's still gonna only impact a certain number.
