At fourteen
There's only thirty two of these pro organizations in the country.
So there's no way that all of the top players with potential, or ninety something percent of them are already in that environment.
There's just no way mathematically that that is true.
So I have a proposal.
They have a concept called red teaming.
In the military, I think it's in software as well, which is to test, to test the defenses, test the the validity.
Um I might be abusing that term a little bit, but I would suggest developing a secondary youth national team scouting and selection program that targets amateur clubs.
Only amateur clubs.
At U fourteen and U fifteen and saying if this scouting program is gonna largely focus on the pro clubs, which is is what it is doing, and we think there's more players out there, then let's have a secondary program that focuses on finding the absolute best of the amateur clubs and putting them in a similar environment.
